In collecting this information we are acting as a data controller and, by law, are required to provide you with information about why and how your data is used by us, and about the rights you have over your data.

• Only data relevant to managing Frans beading and providing you with the best service possible is stored
• data is only stored for as long as is necessary
• Your data is never sold
• Your data is only used when it is necessary for us to run our business and fulfil any business contract we have (for example I give your address to the postal service when sending you items)
• Your data is only used when you consent to it; e.g to send out an order to you
• Your data is only used when it is legally required e.g. when complying with HMRC tax regulations
• When it is in my legitimate interest e.g. if you have given permission to share a photo of an item you have made to our Facebook page
