ORDERS

• Physical items are posted within 5 working days of your order, usually sooner, unless otherwise stated.
• As the weight of the items is low, the cheapest postal option is via Royal Mail in UK and Airmail elsewhere.
• Items posted overseas will be posted with tracking.
• While Airmail can be quick, please note that Royal Mail advise that it can take up to 6 weeks to deliver, so items cannot be considered lost until after that time.
• Pattern orders will be emailed via PDF.
• We reserve the right to refuse an order.
